A fresh start for your floor

Old paint, worn coatings and everyday wear can leave concrete looking tired. Preparation gets the surface ready for the next chapter, creating the starting point for a more finished, coordinated space.

Look beneath the visible finish

Look beneath the visible finish

We review the existing floor and its history before recommending the work. That helps identify old materials or other conditions that affect the coating choice. We explain the important findings without turning the conversation into a technical lecture.

Give the new coating the right foundation

Give the new coating the right foundation

Mechanical preparation, including grinding where required, helps get concrete ready for the selected coating. This is a key part of the work even though the finished color is what you will notice first.

Talk through existing cracks and wear

Photos of cracks, damaged areas and old repairs help start the conversation. We will explain what belongs in the preparation scope and where an underlying concrete issue needs separate attention.

Tell us about storage, equipment, access and occupied areas. We will explain how preparation fits into the project and what needs to be ready before work begins.

MAKE AN INFORMED CHOICE

Your questions, answered.

Is pressure washing enough before a garage coating?

It should not be assumed to be enough. Preparation must address the substrate, contamination, profile and requirements of the coating being installed.

Can every crack be made invisible permanently?

No. Cracks can move, and a surface repair is not a promise that movement will stop. Discuss the condition and realistic appearance expectations before work.

What should I tell you before an assessment?

Share previous coatings, water or moisture history, known spills, existing repairs and how the area will be used.
