YOUR SURFACE. YOUR OPTIONS.
A better-looking surface starts here.
A well-kept driveway or parking area sets the tone for the entire property. Hypercoats provides asphalt maintenance and sealcoating to refresh suitable pavement, with parking-lot striping available to complete the look.
Give your driveway a fresh finish
A well-kept asphalt driveway creates a strong first impression before anyone reaches the door. Sealcoating refreshes the appearance of suitable existing pavement and gives your entrance a more finished look. Combine it with exterior cleaning around the property for a coordinated refresh that makes your home feel cared for from the street to the front step.
Make your business look ready to welcome customers
Parking areas are part of your business’s front door. A refreshed pavement finish and clear markings help the property look organized and professional. Hypercoats provides sealcoating and parking-lot striping, making it easy to discuss the overall appearance of your lot in one inquiry. Include parking stalls, arrows and other markings you want refreshed.
Complete the pavement refresh
Start with the areas you want to improve and we will explain the work involved. Share the approximate size, photos and your access needs. We help connect the pavement finish, striping and timing so you can take the next step with a clear idea of the project. Sealcoating is a maintenance service for existing pavement; significant pavement damage needs its own repair scope.

Common questions
Can sealcoating repair cracks and potholes?
Sealcoating is not a substitute for pavement repair. Visible damage needs to be evaluated so the right work can be identified before a maintenance coating is considered.
When can vehicles return?
Timing depends on the product, weather and site conditions. Your project’s access requirements should be discussed before scheduling; a universal return-to-use promise would be misleading.
What information helps with a parking-area quote?
An approximate area, photos, current pavement condition, vehicle traffic, delivery schedules and any access restrictions are all useful starting points.
Help us understand your project
Share your town or ZIP code, approximate area, surface type, current condition and preferred timing. Note any previous coatings or sealers and tell us what you want the finished surface to look like.
Sealcoating is considered for suitable existing pavement. Areas with failure, major deformation or other damage need assessment before a surface coating is selected. A refreshed color should never be confused with rebuilding the pavement.
Prepare a practical site plan.
Share the approximate area, driveway connections, parked vehicles, deliveries and access restrictions. Commercial sites may need a discussion of which areas can close and when. Weather and product requirements affect the application window.
Consider the visible details.
Pavement edges, surrounding concrete and existing markings affect scope. If parking lines need refreshing, identify them during the initial conversation so the pavement and marking work can be considered together.
