YOUR SURFACE. YOUR OPTIONS.
A better-looking surface starts here.
Your surfaces shape the impression customers, tenants and employees take away. Hypercoats brings together cleaning, sealing, floor coatings and markings to help commercial properties look clean, organized and well cared for.
Create a stronger first impression
Make your entrance, storefront and customer-facing areas look clean and cared for. Fresh concrete walks, cleaner masonry and refreshed paver approaches help set the tone for the experience inside. Hypercoats brings exterior cleaning and protective treatments together so you can focus on the areas people notice most and give your property a more welcoming feel.
Bring the whole property into focus
Commercial properties combine many different surfaces. We help you connect the improvements that matter: cleaner exterior areas, a refreshed pavement finish, clear parking lines and a polished interior floor. Start with your highest-priority area or include several services in one request. A coordinated property refresh begins with a clear picture of what you want to accomplish.
Give your floors a professional finish
Solid-color coatings create a clean, consistent look, while decorative flake adds color and personality. Warehouse and work-area markings help organize busy spaces. With extensive concrete and industrial coatings experience, Hypercoats helps you find a finish that supports the look of your business and the way the space is used.

Common questions
Can one request cover several surface types?
Yes. List each surface and the approximate area or location. We can discuss the requirements separately and identify the appropriate service categories for the property.
Can work be planned around business operations?
Share your operating hours, access requirements and restrictions before scheduling. Feasibility depends on the work, product requirements and site conditions.
Do you provide structural or masonry restoration?
No. Hypercoats focuses on hard-surface cleaning, sealing, water repellents and protective floor coatings. Structural work, rebuilding and traditional painting are outside this scope.
Help us understand your project
Share your town or ZIP code, approximate area, surface type, current condition and preferred timing. Note any previous coatings or sealers and tell us what you want the finished surface to look like.
A property may combine concrete walks, masonry walls, paver entries, asphalt and coated floors. List the materials and the areas that matter most so the discussion can be specific. The same treatment should not be assumed to fit the entire property.
Prioritize by condition and use.
Appearance, traffic and exposure help determine where to begin. Identify entrances, delivery areas and recurring maintenance concerns. Share existing treatment records when possible; they can help evaluate compatibility and future maintenance.
Connect the related services.
Cleaning, a suitable sealer, floor coatings and pavement markings may belong in one property discussion. Each still needs its own material assessment and defined scope. Tell us which areas are the priority and what access limits apply.
